What changes the price
- Hours. Church-only packages are the cheapest. Adding the party or getting ready at home adds time.
- Number of photos. Packages range from 10 to 15 photos up to a full gallery. Markos Photography charges €20 for each extra photo, and Niamh Howard offers an upgrade to the full gallery for €100 on its first package.
- Albums. Only the top package here includes a printed album.
- Travel. Markos Photography lists travel from €20 on two of its packages. Wonky Eye asks you to get in touch for locations more than 15km from Galway city.
Before you book
- Check the church's rules on photography during the ceremony, as they can vary between parishes.
- Ask how many edited photos you will get and how they are delivered.
- Ask whether prints or an album can be added later.
Prices are as published on each photographer's website on 7 November 2026. Confirm the price and travel charge for your church when you book.
